Danny is the minister and coordinator and Helen is the Lead Photographer and coordinator. You’ll always have a coordinator on-site for your wedding to make sure everything goes smoothly. All our photographers are licensed/ordained ministers…you never know what can happen and we want to be prepared for your wedding to continue in case of an emergency. This may sound strange, but YOU never know what is going to happen.
When the minister arrives in one car and the photographer arrives in another car…traffic, emergencies, family crises etc. we just want to be prepared. This has never happened, but we always plan-plan-plan…that is what we do.

If you want your wedding photos to share with your children and grand-children…family and friends for years to come…We can be there to do that. Don’t chance this once in a life-time event on Uncle Ed taking the shot or having a “friend” with a “nice” camera that’s “coming” anyway…missing shots and messing up your beautiful wedding photos. Capturing a sunset is NOT easy…I know we make it look that way, but we shoot hundreds of photos every night. We live here…and we know how to do it. We have had YEARS of practice. I hear horror stories everyday about how couples relied on friends to do everything. I promise you…EVEN IF your friend is a professional photographer in the mainland and they don’t shoot sunsets everyday…they CANNOT get this right.

We Made Our Very Own Photo Tips DVD
We send a special Wedding Packet to you via email so that you can print out all the details. And…We mail you a DVD featuring Helen and Dan giving you photo tips and why we do things the way we do. This is mailed approximately 45 days prior to your wedding. If you want it sooner…just request one from us when you book your wedding date. This DVD has been so helpful. We get comments all the time about how the bride had to make the groom watch it…and, of course…he just laughs.

Yes, we pick up you up at the docks and take you to get your license. (If it’s a Vow Renewal then we can skip the license part.). After all the hugs and introductions, we get into our Squirt Limo and head to the beach. We perform the ceremony and then take an additional 40 minutes or so for some great photos with the beach behind you with the palms trees blowing in the light warm breeze. We then take you back to the ship…or you can stay in town to go eat at one of many of our great restaurants or go shopping. Our team then gets to work on your photos and since our new office is located right off the docks at the King Kamehameha Hotel…you can walk over and view all your portraits before getting back on the ship. This is great! We have made it so convenient for you to get married in Hawaii, have a stress-free wedding, enjoy your day in Kona and take home all the memories to last a lifetime.
